Availability and tariff for this accommodation 
Non Refundable Deposit - £100.00 per week upon booking.
Please confirm availability of your chosen date/s before booking.
Full payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Short breaks are sometimes available (minimum 3 nights) - please contact us.
We kindly ask that you depart the accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure. This will allow us enough time for cleaning and maintenance, before the arrival of our next guests. 

Arrival time for new guests is 4pm onwards.

High Chair and Travel Cot available (free of charge) please book in advance. The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed that stipulated on the website. The accommodation let is to be used for the sole purpose of the holiday and the hirer shall not sub-let the premises thereof. Coillessan Lodge and its owners are not liable to you or any third parties for any accident, damage, loss or inconvenience which may be suffered, incurred or arise out of or is anyway connected with the rental of the accommodation. The hirer of the property is to ensure that the property is left secure when unoccupied. The hirer of the property will keep all furniture, equipment and fitments in or around on the property grounds in the like state of condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of let and will make good any damage, breakage or loss during the let. If the property becomes unusable for whatever reason, prior to your booking, we will endeavour to find you suitable alternative accommodation or reimburse you for any monies paid. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation by the hirer the deposit will not be reimbursed and the owners must be notified immediately
